Free blackberry - Food For Free; The Delights of the Humble Blackberry
January 31, 2008 on 6:31 am | In Ram In Blackberry | No CommentsI have always loved foraging, and have happy memories of childhood forays with my mum; finding nut trees, a splendid abandoned apricot tree, a majestic old fig tree which produced only a few of the most wonderful enormous figs; the countryside all over the world has plenty of interesting food on offer . Last weekend I went out with my girls, and we found hoards of blackberries, a mountain of damsons to make jam, unloved lonely plum trees begging to be picked, and a bag of wild hazelnuts. It was a great mixture of fresh air, a good walk, fun together, and the wonder and excitement from the children that they could collect all of this food; they were desperate to get home and eat it. We were careful to avoid even the most tempting berries from near roads, and our bounty had the benefit of coming straight from nature; fresh and organic.
Blackberry downloads - Technology Brings "Blackberry Thumb" to Business
January 30, 2008 on 6:45 am | In Ram In Blackberry | No CommentsTechnology has been responsible for some everyday wonders that expand our minds and make our lives easier-wonders that simplify redundant and monotonous tasks and keep us in constant contact. Because of these marvels though, we have also become aware of the potential harms caused by the use of technology’s devices and the science of ergonomics that has helped us learn how to prevent or correct the problems caused by their repetitive use. The U.S. Department of Labor defines a MSD (musculoskeletal disorder) as an injury or disorder of the muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, cartilage, or spinal discs caused by repetitive motion and overexertion. Now MSD, RSI (repetitive stress injury), “tennis or golfer’s elbow” (tendonitis) and carpel tunnel syndrome have been joined by another repetitive motion injury term, “BlackBerry Thumb”
Blackberry cellphones - Removing Scratches from a Blackberry
January 29, 2008 on 6:49 am | In Blackberry Accessories | No CommentsYou all know about how useful the Blackberry/Crackberry is. But what if it has problems?
What happens when you get scratches in the screen?
First, if you do, you’re treading in very troubled waters. Why? Because if it has happened once, it’s likely to happen again unless you change some usage/storage habits.
Second, if you have scratches, you’re jeopardizing the usefulness of your tool. After all, the “tool” part is what sets the blackberry apart from all the other “toy” pda’s out there.
Blackberry Patent Woes: A Boon for Pocket PC Gamers? (Blackberry manual)
January 28, 2008 on 8:01 am | In Ram In Blackberry | No CommentsThings are looking a bit gloomy for the Blackberry, PDA cousin to the Pocket PC.
The latest appeal over a patent dispute has been turned down, making an injunction against selling the Blackberry in the US all the more possible.
I’ve always thought that if you did your research and opted to purchase one of these devices, you weren’t interested in much besides its contact management features.
It really doesn’t pack the required processing oomph for games.
Blackberry Legal Woes Impact PDA (Blackberry pearl accessories) Gamers?
January 27, 2008 on 8:15 am | In Technology In Blackberry | 1 CommentThings are getting a bit messier for our Pocket PC kin.
Research In Motion attempted to lift the Blackberry injunction pending a Supreme court appeal, but this request was turned down on Wednesday according to a CBC-based Blackberry news article recently released.
The lower court decision and injunction against US sales stays in place for the time being.
In keeping with the functionality convergence theme music that’s been blaring in the handheld realm, Palm and RIM recently signed a licensing deal.
10 Things to Do With Your (Blackberry phones) Blackberry-No Not the Recipe
January 26, 2008 on 10:02 am | In Blackberry Pearl | No CommentsBecause you probably have heard about the patent infringement lawsuit launched against Research in Motion (RIM), everyone will only have to suffer thru one RIM shot joke primarily aimed at musicians and those who listen to jazz. This is my list of 10 things 2do with your Blackberry if it does not survive the RIM shot from the lawsuit to turn the $300+ wonder device back into an ordinary phone, or whatever it’s supposed to do now that I can’t get my email on the fly. This is not a recipe for a piece of fruit although the thought of baking it in a pie and mailing it to the responsible party’s does seem like a good idea.
